Handmade Cashmere from the Himalayan Mountain
Lighter, warmer and softer than its sheep’s wool counterpart, cashmere reigns supreme when it comes to knitwear. Cashmere, gathered from the goats reared in Himalyan region, Kashmir, is prepped entirely by hand through a series of process from cleaning to dying before the finished product it reaches its wearer. It passes through numerous native communities who pass down their craft with every new generation - from herders who rear the cashmere goats and harvest their fibre to the artisanal communities in the Himalayan regions of Kashmir who spin, weave, knit and embellish these scarves.
Wash Care
Preserve the beauty of your scarves and ties by storing them flat and untied, avoiding contact with rain, water and other chemicals, and entrusting cleaning by a professional dry cleaner. Soft yarns are liable to pill to some extent, even when using those of the best quality. To take good care of them remove any pills using a pilling comb and protect them from sharp items or jewellery that may catch or snag.
